Eek! I bought it in one of those small 150-cal containers. Still, it freaks me out… I’m going to eat it with the homemade Strawberry Pineapple jam (well, the jam in a sandwich with cucumbers, not in the ice cream…) I bought at the strawberry festival yesterday. :D That stuff is amazing.
Oh, and I made vegan banana muffins - heavenly! And so healthy. They’re just the right amount of fluffy this time too. For some reason, I have a hard time with fluffiness, lol…
